Al Capone Cigarillos
Al Capone cigars come wrapped in a delicate natural leaf, delivering a unique, unmatched smoke. They grow in São Félix, Brazil, where inspectors ensure only the highest-quality seeds go into the rich soil. Al Capone closely monitors the crops, adjusting sunlight as needed. For some cigarillo varieties, they add extra shade using covers. After the tobacco plants mature, workers harvest them. Al Capone naturally air-cures the leaves, then sorts them for rolling. Skilled workers hand-roll the finely cut filler in a tobacco leaf binder, carefully wrapping each cigar.
