Shipping and Processing of orders
- We ship within the contiguous US, excluding Alaska.
- Shipping charges to Hawaii are estimated, if the charge is determined to not be sufficient enough to cover shipping expenses we will contact the customer and request for additional fee to be collected.
- Due to regulations we cannot ship tobacco products to the following states Illinois, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont and Washington.
- Product restrictions apply to the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, and Ohio.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Shipping to military installations is not available at this time.
- Billing address must match shipping address.
- Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Once your order ships we will provide you with tracking information which will be delivered either to you email or via text message, depending on what form of contact you chose to receive.
- Will vary based on how quickly you would like to receive your product. You will be able to choose the option that fits your shipping needs during the checkout process.
- Our goal is to process your order the day you submit your order during our business hours from 9am-5pm CST. Most orders will process no later than 48hrs after submission.
- Orders placed during the weekend or during federal holidays will not be shipped. Orders placed during this time may result in extra processing time, please be patient.
- If your billing address does not match your shipping address this may delay your order, we may request additional information from the buyer to verify information that was presented to us upon checkout.
