How to choose the right Premier filter tubes?
To choose the correct premier cigarette tubes, you must match the tube length (King Size or 100mm) to your injection machine's capabilities and select a flavor profile (Full Flavor, Light, or Menthol) that complements your tobacco blend's strength. Premier tubes are engineered with high-grade paper and firm acetate filters to ensure a consistent draw and even burn. According to technical reviews, these tubes are highly compatible with professional-grade injectors like the Powermatic series.

Understanding the Premier Filter Tubes Selection
When browsing our collection, you will find options tailored to different smoking styles. The variety within the Premier line ensures that whether you prefer a robust, full-bodied experience or something lighter and more refreshing, there is a specific filter tubes variety designed for that purpose. We stock both King Size and 100mm formats to accommodate standard and extended smoking durations.
King Size Premier Tubes
The King Size format is the industry standard for most RYO enthusiasts. Measuring approximately 84mm in length, these premier filter tubes are compatible with almost every standard cigarette injection machine on the market. The King Size Premier tubes are favored for their balanced proportions, allowing the flavor of your chosen tobacco blend to remain the focal point.
100mm Premier Tubes
For those who prefer a longer-lasting smoke, the 100mm variety offers an extended tube length. These are often referred to as "longs" and require a specific setting on your injector machine. Technical analysis indicates that Premier's 100mm tubes feature high-quality construction, which helps prevent tearing during the injection process.

Technical Advantages of Premier Engineering
What sets premier filter tubes apart from generic alternatives is the consistency of their manufacturing process. Premier addresses common issues like "cherry dropping" by using high-grade paper with uniform porosity. This ensures that the filter tubes burn at a steady rate, synchronized with the combustion of the tobacco filler.
- Full Flavor (Red): Designed for robust tobacco blends; engineered for maximum smoke volume.
- Blue (Light/Mild): Features a specialized filtration setup for a smoother, less intense experience.
- Menthol (Green): Infuses a crisp minty note into the smoking experience.
Expert Verdict
Premier filter tubes are best for RYO enthusiasts who prioritize mechanical reliability and flavor purity. Because they use high-tensile paper and firm acetate filters, they are especially recommended for users of electric injection machines where tube durability is critical. To maximize value, choose the 200-count boxes which can significantly reduce smoking costs compared to retail packs.
