Drew Estate Launches DE30 Rewards: Loyalty Points for ACID and Premium Cigar Purchases
Drew Estate, the Miami-based company that makes ACID, Liga Privada, and Undercrown at its factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, is marking its 30th anniversary by paying its customers back. On September 1, 2026, during its Early Access livestream, the company unveiled DE30 Rewards, a free, app-based loyalty program that awards points on qualifying Drew Estate cigar purchases through the end of March 2027.
The company also announced two limited three-cigar samplers that carry bonus points and are due at retailers in late September. For adults 21 and older. Cigars are addictive and carry health risks.
How the DE30 Rewards Program Works
Trade coverage from halfwheel, Cigar Dojo, and the Premium Cigar Association, all published September 2, lays out the mechanics. Consumers earn five points for every dollar spent on qualifying Drew Estate cigars, verified by scanning or uploading a receipt in the app. Other actions add to the total:
- 100 points for checking in at a Drew Estate in-store event
- 250 points for making a purchase at an in-store event
- 250 points for each different Drew Estate brand a consumer buys
- 100 points per social channel for interacting with the company
- 250 points from the code packed inside each of the two new samplers
Points can be redeemed for items the company says cannot be bought outright: hand-painted artwork from its Subculture Studios shop in Nicaragua, DE30 apparel, a backpack, ashtrays, torch lighters, cigar caddies, and other anniversary pieces. The earning period ends March 31, 2027, and points stay redeemable until May 29, 2027, according to halfwheel.
"DE30 is about showing love back to the people who showed love to us," founder Jonathan Drew Sann said in the announcement.
Limited Edition Anniversary Samplers
Both packs use vitolas that have never been released before, and Drew Estate says there are no plans to sell the six cigars individually. However, halfwheel reported that neither sampler will be sold in California because the cigars are not being registered on that state's unflavored tobacco list. This regulatory environment mirrors recent legal updates such as when the Federal Appeals Court Upholds California's Flavored-Tobacco Gatekeeper Law.
- DE30 Box-Pressed Feral Flying Pig Sampler ($49): A 5 3/8 x 60 box-pressed take on the brand's Feral Flying Pig shape, featuring one each of Herrera Estelí Brazilian Maduro, Undercrown Maduro, and Liga Privada H99.
- DE30 Supremas Sampler ($39): A 6 x 50/54 figurado, featuring one each of Liga Privada H99, Herrera Estelí Habano, and Nica Rustica Adobe.

Impact for ACID and Infused Cigar Smokers
The samplers themselves are premium, non-infused smokes. However, the rewards program is the piece that matters for customers of Acid Premium Cigars, because it applies to Drew Estate cigar purchases broadly rather than to the samplers alone.
Drew Estate's announcements describe eligibility as "qualifying Drew Estate cigar purchases" and do not publish a list of excluded lines. As ACID Blondie and other infused lines like C-Notes are core brands, infused-cigar buyers should expect their receipts to count. The program's terms live inside the app, so confirm eligibility there before assuming a specific purchase qualifies. Other popular options like Acid Deep Dish Cigars or the Acid Krush Classic Morado Maduro Cigars are also likely to be included in these qualifying purchases.
Because points are earned by receipt scan rather than by shopping at a particular store, an online order is as valid a receipt as a lounge purchase, subject to the program's rules. The extra 250 points per distinct brand also rewards anyone who mixes an ACID order with a Maduro or traditional Drew Estate brand they have not tried.
The Bottom Line
DE30 Rewards is a six-month thank-you note from a company that built its name on infused cigars before it became a premium powerhouse. The samplers will draw the collectors, but the receipt-scanning points program is the part that reaches everyday ACID buyers through March 2027.
